Any Swiss software company is welcome to use the "swiss made software" logo under two conditions that must be fulfilled for goods to be labelled as being of Swiss origin:

1. The Swiss portion of the production cost must be at least 50%.

2. The most important part of the manufacturing process must have taken place in Switzerland.
