We develop tools that promote skills development at an individual level, as well as transparency at a collective level.
We do everything we can to promote lifelong learning. Our Uscope software is used in a variety of areas requiring support, such as practice-based training, skills assessment, reintegration and micro-certification.
In addition to our software, we also offer assistance with the deployment of training engineering based on the competency approach, as well as the drafting of specific competency frameworks.

Uscope brings together various tools, both personal and collective.
At a personal level, an eportfolio enables users to record their experiences and encourages them to analyse them, thereby promoting metacognition. A Uscope account remains open and users can therefore benefit from access to support their lifelong learning (unless, of course, they make a personal decision to the contrary).
At a collective level, Uscope offers member management with easy access to their repositories and experience. In addition, a project management and process management tool provides the necessary elements for training courses using the project as the main medium.
