In a strategic move to expand its global presence, the software company Unblu is opening a new office in Frankfurt am Main. The German office will be the third Unblu location, following the recent office openings in the UK (2018) and the US (Q1 2019). These three strategic locations continue to strengthen the company’s presence outside its home base in Switzerland.
“As a German-speaking company based in Basel, we’ve been very active in Germany since our inception. Our new office in Frankfurt will allow us to open new doors in Europe's largest economy. But more importantly, we can build even closer relationships with our longstanding existing customers in Germany, ” says Unblu CEO Luc Haldimann.
Stefan Hoppe, Unblu’s Director of Sales, will be leading this expansion, as he develops the local network, grows partnerships and supports Unblu’s existing customers. Stefan brings more than 25 years of sales and business management experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Unblu, Stefan held senior positions at FIXhub, PATRONAS Financial Systems and Reuters.
“This is an exciting time to join Unblu. The company has a product roadmap and many new initiatives that align well with market demand,” said Stefan Hoppe. “Their product is setting a new benchmark for how banks and insurance companies can interact with their customers.”
At Unblu, we believe the best customer experience begins with a conversation space that nurtures authentic and personal relationships. While the product was originally designed for the financial service sector, Unblu has evolved, and is now available for more banks, as well as insurance companies. The Unblu suite offers seamless conversation capabilities using secure messaging, video and voice chats, co-browsing and screen sharing. As digitalization pushes forward, Unblu enables its clients to keep pace with a competitive advantage.
